Palestine Automobile Company’s After-Sales Service Team Awarded International Certification for Electric Vehicle Maintenance

The after-sales service team at Palestine Automobile Company, the sole distributor of Hyundai motors in Palestine, has recently achieved the internationally recognized certificate for electric vehicle maintenance from the Hyundai Training Academy. This accreditation follows their successful completion of rigorous requirements and intensive training in the technology and techniques of electric vehicle maintenance.

 

Electric vehicle maintenance is a modern and advanced field that requires extensive knowledge of technologies and modern systems used in this sector. This certification is a significant achievement for the company, symbolizing its commitment to staying abreast of new technologies and technological advancements in an ever-evolving industry.

 

Rami Shamshoum, the General Manager of the company, congratulated the after-sales service team on obtaining this crucial international certification from the parent company. He added that the company takes pride in its outstanding and distinguished team across various fields. Palestine Automobile is one of the first local companies to introduce electric vehicles to the Palestinian market, accumulating extensive experience in the sale and maintenance of electric cars. The company currently offers customers a diverse range of electric vehicle models, such as the Kona Electric with a 100 kW electric motor and a 39.2 kWh battery, covering a distance of 305 km on a single charge. Additionally, the Ioniq 5 features two motors (front 70 kW, rear 160 kW) and a 72.6 kWh battery, capable of covering 430 km on a single charge, all at a cost-effective rate compared to traditional internal combustion engine cars.
